Yes, the time listed on your ticket is when you will enter the experience. Please arrive 15 minutes early to enter the queue, as the timed ticket reservations are enforced to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff and to make your experience the best it can be.

Are tickets free for children?
Children 2 years old and under may enter free of charge. Children 3 years old and above are required to have a Child Ticket to enter.
Do you offer discounted tickets to students, military personnel, and/or senior citizens?
Yes, we are proud to offer discounted tickets to college students, active duty and veteran US military personnel, frontline workers, and senior citizens (65+). Please select the Student/Senior/Military Ticket option during checkout, and be prepared to show a valid form of ID upon entering Superblue Miami.
Do you offer discounted tickets to groups?
To inquire about private group tours or group sales for 10 or more guests, or if your school group, nonprofit, or organization has a special request, please contact email@example.com and we will be in touch to plan your visit.
Is there a time limit for visits?
No, there is no strict time limit. We expect visitors to spend approximately 90 minutes at Superblue Miami, but this can vary for each visitor and may be longer if you choose to visit our Gift Shop.
How will I receive my ticket?
When purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation via email and text message containing your tickets. To make changes to your ticket, or resend the confirmation email, please visit our Manage Tickets page.
Can I purchase a ticket when I arrive at Superblue?
We have a limited number of tickets available for purchase on site at the Box Office. However, due to demand, we highly recommend purchasing tickets online so that you can secure your preferred date and time.
What is your ticket refund policy?
Refunds are not offered. However we are happy to offer exchanges if you cannot attend at your reserved ticket time through our Manage Tickets page.
What should I do if I am running late or unable to attend the time listed on my ticket?
The time listed on your ticket is strictly enforced, and you must arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot to enter the queue before proceeding into the experience. If you are unable to make your ticketed time, please exchange your ticket for a different time through our Manage Tickets page.
How much time do I have to explore Superblue Miami?
We expect most attendees to spend 60 to 90 minutes in the experience, but this can vary for each visitor and may be longer if you choose to visit our Gift Shop.
I bought the wrong date/time for my ticket. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not offered. However, in the event that you can’t attend for your time and date, you can exchange your ticket for a new date and time. Only unused tickets are eligible for exchange for upcoming dates that have availability. Please note, ticket exchanges are self-service and can be managed through our Manage Tickets page.
I purchased a ticket but won’t be able to use it. May I give it to someone else?
Yes, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to transfer your ticket to someone else. Please be prepared to provide your name, as well as the name and email of the person you are transferring the ticket to.
My desired day and/or time to visit is sold out. Is there a waitlist?
In the case of a sold-out time slot, please try to find an alternate time to visit us, as sessions occur every 20 minutes.
