Gift Cards

Gift cards valid for Superblue Miami online and in-person bookings at our on-site box office. Superblue Miami gift cards are NOT valid for retail or food and beverage purchases. Gift cards can only be used at the Superblue Miami location. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards do not expire. Gift Cards are redeemable for parties of 1-14 and not valid on groups of 15+ guests.

Where can I purchase gift cards?
Gift cards can be purchased online or on-site at Superblue Miami box office. 

Are the gift cards physical or digital?
The gift cards are digital and sent to you via email. We do not offer physical gift cards at this time. 

Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards can only be redeemed for ticket purchases at Superblue Miami. They cannot be used for retail or food and beverage purchases, and cannot be redeemed at any other Superblue locations at this time. 

Do gift cards expire?
No, the Superblue Miami gift cards do not expire.

Can I return my gift card?
No, gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

How does someone redeem a gift card?
The gift card recipient will receive an email with a gift card details. For online orders, the gift card number (a 21-digit number) can be applied at checkout. For box office orders, the QR code included in the email can be scanned.
