Superblue Miami is working closely with city officials to adhere to existing guidelines and developing recommendations. Superblue follows all CDC and EPA guidelines, along with taking additional steps for the safety of our visitors and staff.
Due to recently updated CDC guidelines, and in accordance with state and local rules, face coverings and social distancing are no longer required for fully vaccinated Superblue Miami guests. It is strongly recommended by the CDC and health officials for those who are not fully vaccinated to continue wearing face coverings.
Superblue staff members have the option to wear face masks. Face masks are available for purchase at the Gift Shop. Ticket scanning and mobile ticket delivery are available for touchless transactions, and we offer touchless payment at the Box Office, Blue Rider café, and Gift Shop.
Superblue has a one-way circulation path and enhanced wayfinding with designated floor markings to encourage social distancing throughout our venue. Hand sanitizer dispensers are located at key entry points and frequent contact areas. Additionally, Superblue provides enhanced general cleaning and sanitization of high touchpoint areas regularly and a rigorous cleaning process nightly for additional safety. We are also operating at limited capacity to ensure there’s more than enough room to socially distance in our 50,000- square-foot space. Every employee is temperature checked before each shift.
