What to Expect
Please arrive at Superblue Miami at or before your ticket time; you will enter the experience at your reserved ticket time. Superblue Miami is a one-way flow. Visitors will enter through the lobby, experience Rafael-Lozano Hemmer's interactive Pulse Topology, move through teamLab’s digital experience, proceed through the enveloping light-based w by James Turrell, navigate through Es Devlin’s immersive environment, and then enter the exclusive Superblue Concept Store.

Getting Here
Superblue Miami is located directly across from the Rubell Museum in Allapattah, and is accessible via Brightline’s Miami Central Station, with direct Brightline+ service to the venue. Metered on-street parking is available on NW 23rd St, NW11th Ave, and NW 12th Ave. Valet parking is also available for a fee.

BY PURCHASING OR REDEEMING A TICKET TO SUPERBLUE, VISITORS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. Superblue has taken enhanced health and safety measures, but cannot guarantee that I or members of my group will not be exposed to COVID-19 while at Superblue, and acknowledge that visiting may increase the risk of contracting COVID-19.

The cooperation and participation of our visitors in following health and safety protocols and requirements is essential to better ensure that all within the venue remain healthy and safe. My adherence and the adherence of anyone in my group (including children) to the Superblue’s Code of Conduct is mandatory, and noncompliance may result in my removal from the Superblue.

By visiting Superblue, I voluntarily assume the risk for myself, minors in my custody, and those I am purchasing tickets on behalf of, and understand that we may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by entering.

I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, COVENANT NOT TO SUE AND HOLD HARMLESS Superblue’s volunteers, students, employees, contractors, agents, officers and trustees for/from any claims or demands related to any exposure I or any member of my party may have to COVID-19, whether or not it arises through the negligence, omission, default or other action of anyone affiliated with Superblue, including visitors. Exposure to COVID-19 resulting from the Superblue’s gross negligence, recklessness, or willful misconduct are excepted from this provision.

By purchasing or redeeming a ticket to Superblue, you hereby release Superblue from any and all liability or claims that you may have now or in the future, and for any loss in connection with your use of and visit to Superblue, our facilities, and/or exhibitions. By purchasing or redeeming a ticket to Superblue, you expressly agree to assume all risks of injury to you and any minors in your care that could arise as a result of your use of Superblue and our facilities.

You understand and acknowledge that: The scope of this release includes, but is not limited to, any loss resulting from your use of, or participation in, activities at our facilities, viewing and/or use of the exhibitions and artworks, interaction with staff, any equipment, stairs, food, goods sold, virus or infectious disease, for any reason, including but not limited to Superblue’s negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to your visit or not; “Claims” means any and all actions, claims, or demands; “Loss” means any loss, injury, death, or property damage; “Superblue” means Superblue and its directors, officers, employees, and agents; “You” means you, your assigns, heirs, guardians, next of kin, spouse, and legal representatives.
